About the role

GMG, a global well‑being company, is seeking a sharp, consumer‑obsessed Buyer to shape winning assortments and drive category growth across its retail portfolio. Working closely with the Category Manager, you will develop data‑driven buying plans, curate impactful ranges and ensure strong sales performance in the market.

Key responsibilities

Build data‑led buying plans and budgets aligned with category strategy.
Develop consumer‑right assortments that improve profitability and SKU efficiency.
Track sales, trends and competition to identify opportunities.
Analyse in‑season performance to optimise sales and inventory.
Oversee order placement, delivery and supplier negotiations.
Translate store insights into product decisions and support the buying team.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of buying experience, preferably in sports, footwear, lifestyle or fashion.
Strong product sense combined with analytical and commercial acumen.
Proven success in category management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
