About the role

We are looking for a Business Support Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this senior client success position, you will act as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and effective follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day client communications and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct customer follow‑up activities to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and support the execution of campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates.

Required profile

  • Senior‑level experience in client success, customer service or a related support function.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
