Business Process Analyst

About the role

As a Business Process Analyst at Bosch Group, you will drive continuous improvement across production and supply‑chain functions by leveraging automation, data analytics, and SAP reporting. You will work closely with Industry 4.0 stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead division and internal LOG improvement projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using Automation Anywhere and Catalytic.
• Provide RPA competency coaching and share best practices across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with automation standards in collaboration with the central support team.
• Participate in cross‑functional strategy setting with other Industry 4.0 stakeholders.
• Explore and apply data‑mining tools such as Celonis and PowerBI for operational analysis.
• Create and deploy SAP Business Intelligence reports using SQL.
• Attend training and workshops to adopt new automation tools.
• Support SAP error troubleshooting and regular data‑cleansing activities.
• Contribute to Bosch Production System initiatives (Supplier Kanban, Production Kanban, Leveling, EPEI).
• Facilitate functional meetings for knowledge sharing and PDCA‑based project updates.
• Assist in achieving departmental goals and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of production planning, MRP and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
