About the role
We are seeking a Business Operations Lead to act as the Managing Director’s trusted right‑hand. In this role you will own end‑to‑end operations and drive real business impact by turning strategy into results.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end operational processes, ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery.
- Drive business impact by identifying and implementing initiatives that improve performance.
- Serve as the MD’s trusted advisor, providing strategic support and decision‑making assistance.
- Lead operations, people, and business initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into actionable outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven experience working closely with senior leadership.
- Strong ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from RM 8,000 to RM 10,000 per month.
