Business Development Manager – Managed Services

About the role

PWC is looking for a high‑performing Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of its Managed Services offering across finance, accounting and risk solutions. You will work with multinational corporations and large Malaysian corporates, helping them outsource non‑core support services through technology‑enabled, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Originate, develop and close new business opportunities in Managed Services.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Develop and nurture C‑suite and senior stakeholder relationships within target organisations.
• Understand client challenges and position tailored outsourcing and transformation solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on operating‑model redesign and cost optimisation.
• Execute go‑to‑market strategies to raise awareness and demand for Managed Services.
• Collaborate with internal experts across finance, accounting, risk, HR and corporate services.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and promote integrated service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development or sales within managed services, outsourcing or professional services.
• Experience engaging multinational corporations and large local corporates.
• Strong commercial mindset with a consultative, solution‑selling approach.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with C‑suite executives.
• Leadership capability to coach, develop and inspire team members.
• Commitment to integrity, authenticity and PwC’s purpose and values.
• Comfort with leveraging technology and innovation in service delivery.
