About the role

HONOR is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its B2G (business‑to‑government) growth in Malaysia. The role focuses on expanding mobile and telecom solutions within the public sector, driving high‑value tenders and enterprise deals.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue government procurement opportunities for HONOR’s mobile products.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of high‑value tenders and RFP responses.
  • Negotiate and close enterprise‑level contracts with government agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions for public‑sector needs.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting telecom procurement.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B or telecom sales experience, preferably with government clients.
  • Proven track record of winning large‑scale tenders or enterprise deals.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian public‑sector procurement process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
