Business Development Manager – FMCG

About the role

Kimlan Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. The role focuses on expanding the company’s presence in Malaysia and Southeast Asia through new business acquisition, distributor management and channel development. You will collaborate with marketing and export teams to support regional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the FMCG market.
• Manage relationships with distributors and key accounts to maximise sales.
• Expand retail and modern trade channels to increase market penetration.
• Support Southeast Asia export activities and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and overseas business development events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the FMCG industry.
• Strong track record of managing distributors and key accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
