About the role
Join Marsh’s Business Development team in Kuala Lumpur for a hybrid internship focused on client servicing and sales fundamentals. You will gain hands‑on experience in prospecting, cold calling, and market research while supporting senior colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in prospecting activities, cold calls, and sales presentations.
- Conduct market and client research to identify opportunities.
- Support senior team members and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Actuarial, Risk Management or Insurance.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- General MS Office application skills.
