Business Development Executive – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its Client Services Group in Kuala Lumpur. In this role you will help stabilise and expand the company’s footprint across key accounts by aligning services with client needs and driving new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with local and global sales, solution and delivery teams to design innovative, high‑quality solutions.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
• Develop and maintain strong account plans, aligning Infosys offerings with client business and technology objectives.
• Provide advisory and consulting support to clients, ensuring continuous enhancement of services.
• Act as the primary interface with client stakeholders, managing relationships and driving revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT services or consulting sector.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multicultural and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of digital transformation, AI‑enabled solutions, and agile delivery models.
