Business Development Executive

About the role

Join FUNNOW Group’s Eatigo team in Kuala Lumpur as a Business Development Executive, driving the expansion of our restaurant partner network across Malaysia. You will work closely with the Country Lead and the Sales & Business Development team to acquire and onboard new merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high‑potential restaurant partners across Malaysia.
• Lead outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Deliver presentations and negotiate contracts with locally relevant pricing.
• Maintain relationships and guide partners through onboarding, collaborating with Sales Operations.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations and keep accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in any field.
• 1‑2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in e‑commerce or food‑tech; fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent professional English and ability to conduct field sales discussions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and independent work skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for work efficiency.
