Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join Alchemy Markets’ international team. The role focuses on identifying, onboarding and managing Introducing Brokers (IBs) to expand our presence across Malaysia and the broader Asian market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, recruit and grow Introducing Brokers (IBs) with a focus on the Malaysian market.
• Build, expand and manage your own IB network and book of business.
• Develop and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with new and existing IB partners.
• Promote Alchemy Markets’ trading platforms, liquidity and partnership benefits to potential IBs.
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements tailored to IB needs and performance targets.
• Monitor IB performance, optimise growth strategies and increase trading volume and client acquisition.
• Provide partners with marketing materials, platform updates and product information.
• Conduct market research to identify high‑potential partners and emerging opportunities within Malaysia and Asia.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development or IB sales within the FX/CFD industry.
• Strong existing network or book of business in the Asian FX community (highly preferred).
• Deep understanding of FX, CFDs, IB structures, commission schemes and partnership operations.
• Strong negotiation, sales and relationship‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
