Business Analyst – Finance (FP&A)

About the role

As a Business Analyst – Finance (FP&A) you will act as a business partner for the plant’s value streams, analysing and monitoring cost initiatives, forecasting, and providing internal reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyse KPI performance by value stream, highlighting opportunities and risks.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports for department heads and quarterly reports for the Board.
• Monitor plant overheads, identify deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Develop financial analysis tools and models to aid management decisions.
• Cost new products, guide project managers on cost decisions, and validate input data.
• Maintain costing and accounting data in SAP, including transfer price calculations.
• Track cost performance of new and transferred products and key products against targets.
• Lead forecasting and product costing for the annual business plan.
• Serve as a key SAP user, providing guidance and documentation for finance processes.
• Support ad‑hoc finance and controlling projects and improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA or CPA is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in cost analysis and financial reporting.

• SAP (financial accounting and costing modules)
