About the role
We are looking for a Building Technician to maintain critical building systems in our Johor Bahru facility. The position is on‑site and provides a competitive salary, professional development and on‑call support opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain critical building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation of the property.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of building equipment.
- Respond to on‑call support requests and address urgent system issues.
Required profile
- Experience in building maintenance or a related technical field.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Johor Bahru and participate in on‑call duties.
