Branch Manager – Klang Valley

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Klang Valley branch. The role combines strategic planning, business development and stakeholder management to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, business partners and community stakeholders.
• Develop and execute tactical sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Provide coaching, guidance and performance management to branch staff, fostering teamwork and achieving sales targets.
• Monitor banking operations, ensure compliance with policies, handle complaints and manage credit risk.
• Oversee branch audits, security standards and uphold a professional image in the community.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all consumer banking products.

Required profile

• Malaysian citizen.
• Degree, diploma or professional certification from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch customer service, direct sales of loans or credit cards, wealth management or retail outlet management.
• Strong people-management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and planning skills.
• Proactive “think‑act‑own” attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
