About the role

The Boutique Manager/Assistant will oversee daily operations of the boutique in Penang, ensuring excellent customer service and supporting store performance. This full-time, on-site position reports to senior management and offers a structured training programme.

Key responsibilities

Manage boutique operations and assist with daily store activities.
Provide high-quality customer service and support sales initiatives.
Collaborate with the team to maintain store standards and inventory.

Required profile

Relevant experience in retail or boutique environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
