BIM Modeler – MEP Design & Coordination

About the role

The BIM Modeler will produce CAD and Revit BIM models for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works, supporting project deadlines and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update 3D BIM models and develop 2D drawings in line with office and client drafting standards.
• Maintain records of models, drawings, clash reports, RFIs and BIM registers according to ISO standards.
• Participate in CSD coordination meetings, define issues and follow up on model updates.
• Support the project team with BIM‑based presentations and related activities.
• Perform regular backups, housekeeping and ensure timely submission of drawings.

Required profile

• Works under the supervision of the BIM Manager and follows assigned tasks.
• Reports progress regularly to the Project Manager.
• Demonstrates teamwork spirit and shares knowledge with colleagues.
