About the role

Join a fast‑paced travel support team as a bilingual Mandarin & Cantonese Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth journey experience.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and messages from customers in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Provide accurate travel information, booking assistance and itinerary changes.
Identify and resolve problems quickly, escalating when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s system.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Ability to work in a dynamic, high‑volume call‑centre environment.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and ticketing systems.
