About the role
Luxasia is looking for a dynamic Beauty Consultant to represent the Guerlain brand in Johor Bahru. As the brand ambassador you will deliver premium service, drive sales and uphold the luxury image of the label.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Guerlain products.
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is always presentable.
- Participate in regular product training sessions and team‑building activities.
- Handle transactions accurately and process customer orders efficiently.
Required profile
- Passion for beauty and luxury cosmetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to high service standards.
