Automation QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our trading platforms and fintech solutions. The role involves designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, including automation, performance, and security testing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust QA strategies, creating detailed test plans and test cases.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to measure system stability, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Design and execute API test scenarios using Postman.
• Conduct load, stress, and performance testing with JMeter.
• Perform advanced security testing, including SQL Injection and vulnerability assessments.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA, collaborating with developers.
• Execute regression testing to ensure new releases do not disrupt existing functionalities.
• Partner with cross‑functional Agile teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience with focus on automation, performance, and security testing.
• Hands‑on experience with Postman for API testing and JMeter for performance testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs to measure system health.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
