Associate – Supplier Quality & AS&T Support

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Associate to support Supplier Quality and AS&T functions. The role focuses on enhancing supplier quality, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with global and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve LIMS master data, assess changes, and coordinate implementation with global teams.
• Execute LIMS sample workflow activities, system validations, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Conduct periodic reviews of laboratory equipment, systems, and methods, including audit trail and user access checks.
• Coordinate change requests related to LIMS and perform system audit trail reviews.
• Support supplier selection, evaluation, and compliance with Alcon quality standards.
• Assist in supplier audits and collaborate with Global Sourcing, Procurement, Regulatory, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and reliability in following procedures.
• Ability to work within GxP regulations and adhere to SOPs.
• Strong documentation skills and commitment to rigorous quality control.
