Associate I – Return Order Traceability Specialist (Mandarin)

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Associate I to manage end‑to‑end return order processing for the China market. The specialist will ensure returned eye‑care products are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies, financial rules, and regulatory standards while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process incoming product return requests from distributors and customers after sales approval.
• Validate historical sales transactions and return records to confirm product eligibility according to Alcon’s Return Policies.
• Apply finance‑defined pricing guidelines to verify accurate return values.
• Coordinate with Order Processing to validate return order values, credit notes, and related documentation.
• Manage the accurate processing of red (credit) and blue invoices linked to returns, exchanges, and offsetting transactions.
• Ensure all financial documents align with original sales invoices and comply with tax requirements.
• Maintain complete transaction traceability and uphold SOPs, internal controls, and quality standards.
• Communicate timely updates on return status and resolve any issues that arise.

Required profile

• Fluent Mandarin speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, order processing, or return management within a regulated industry.
• Good understanding of finance and invoicing concepts.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.
