Associate, Complaint

About the role

Alcon is seeking a motivated Associate, Complaint to join its Quality & Regulatory Affairs team in Malaysia. You will be responsible for processing, investigating, and reporting product defect complaints while ensuring compliance with global and local regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process, investigate, and monitor trending of product defect complaints.
• Serve as the primary contact for complaint handling and coordinate with Medical Safety and R&D on adverse events.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies' reporting requirements and follow company SOPs.
• Support complaint activity monitoring and suggest improvements to manufacturing or packaging processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to GxP regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in laboratory testing or related environments.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow procedures.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
