Assistant Restaurant Manager (F&B)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of our food and beverage outlet in Bukit Bintang. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth service, high guest satisfaction and compliance with all standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, ensuring service quality and efficiency.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Control inventory, monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain SOP compliance, health and safety standards, and guest service protocols.
• Assist in handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant or F&B operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a keen eye for detail.
