Assistant Pre School Teacher

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Pre‑School Teacher to join our early‑childhood team in Melaka. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment that eases young children into formal education while supporting their social, physical and intellectual development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities.
• Support children during play, meals, and rest periods, ensuring their well‑being.
• Help maintain a clean, organized classroom and learning materials.
• Observe and record children’s progress and communicate observations to parents and staff.
• Promote positive behaviour and social interaction among the children.

Required profile

• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Good communication skills with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting.
• Reliability, punctuality and a caring attitude.
