About the role
We are seeking an experienced planning professional to join YTY Group as an Assistant Planning Manager, focusing on supply chain, inventory, logistics and process improvement to drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead supply chain planning activities to ensure timely and cost‑effective material flow.
- Manage inventory control processes, balancing stock availability with cost efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and distribution, to meet production schedules.
- Identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with production, procurement and senior planning teams to align schedules, resources and demand forecasts.
Required profile
- Proven experience in supply chain planning or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work on‑site in a manufacturing environment.
