About the role

The Assistant Manager – Training & Product Education will develop training programs, product education content and digital learning solutions that strengthen business performance and sales capability. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on building learning assets that enable the sales force to communicate product value effectively and achieve targets. You will collaborate with product and commercial teams to ensure content relevance.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver training initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Create product education materials to support sales teams.
Develop digital learning platforms and resources to enhance capability.
