About the role
This position supports investment and development decisions within the real‑estate sector by conducting market research, financial modelling and feasibility studies. You will work on‑site in Kuala Lumpur and collaborate closely with senior management to shape project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the property market.
- Develop financial models and feasibility studies for potential investments.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and present findings to senior leadership.
- Provide analytical support for development decisions.
- Maintain direct exposure to development decision‑making processes.
Required profile
