Assistant Manager – Finance, HR & Admin

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support Finance, HR and Admin functions for Premium Logistics Sdn Bhd. The role combines financial reporting, payroll processing and HR administration in a fast‑moving logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries and month‑end closing activities.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain and operate HR and administration systems, including employee records and leave management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to support financial audits.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring and expense control.

Required profile

• Minimum LCCI qualification or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, payroll or HR administration.
• Proven experience handling accounting, payroll and HR systems.
