Assistant HR & Admin Manager

About the role

You will be entrusted with leading end‑to‑end HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance while supporting business growth. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the senior HR manager and plays a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee records.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and internal policies.
• Support business growth by aligning HR strategies with organisational objectives.
• Assist the senior HR manager with administrative tasks and reporting.

Required profile

• Relevant HR or administration qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
