Assistant Business Development Manager

About the role

The Assistant Business Development Manager will support Mindstack’s growth initiatives across Malaysia. Reporting to senior business development leadership, you will combine sales expertise, market insights and digital‑technology knowledge to help expand the company’s footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
• Gather and analyse market data to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with digital‑tech teams to integrate technology solutions into sales processes.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and assist in expanding accounts.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
• Ability to interpret market trends and translate them into growth opportunities.
• Familiarity with digital‑technology concepts relevant to business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
