Asset Integrity and Consultancy Services Manager

About the role

Fulkrum is seeking an experienced Asset Integrity & Consultancy Services Manager to lead and develop its Asset Integrity Management department across the Asia Pacific region. This senior technical leader will strengthen service delivery, drive commercial growth and support international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Asset Integrity Management and Consultancy Services department.
• Strengthen delivery, structure and performance of the AIM service offering.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in desktop asset integrity, consultancy and technical advisory services.
• Oversee preparation and delivery of scopes such as RBI, FFS, corrosion assessments, pipeline integrity, inspection planning and failure investigations.
• Provide technical governance and subject‑matter expertise across asset integrity work‑scopes.
• Collaborate with regional, operational, commercial and business development teams to align services with client needs.
• Review and improve internal processes, tools and systems for consistent, compliant, high‑quality delivery.
• Engage strategic clients, own technical and commercial proposals, and support cost tracking and project budgets.
• Develop departmental capability through recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Strong experience in asset integrity, inspection assurance or engineering consultancy.
• Proven ability to lead technical service delivery on complex or international projects.
• Experience managing an established technical department or service line.
• Commercial awareness with a track record of identifying opportunities and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as API, ASME, DNV and ISO.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
