ASEAN Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

As the ASEAN Trade Marketing Manager, you will lead the implementation of holistic strategic initiatives across the hub, collaborating closely with all marketing and sales functions to drive growth and market share in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement PT strategic initiatives across CSOs in partnership with hub marketing and sales teams.
• Contribute to commercial target steering, including total gross sales and margin objectives.
• Optimize product mix, standard ranges and promotional offers across ASEAN countries.
• Manage and execute promo strategies (price, bundle packs) as part of the user journey.
• Coordinate offline trade activities, ensuring effective POS implementation, availability, quality and compliance.
• Drive offline activation, retail execution and sales impact across the hub.
• Support hub business plan development and competitiveness analysis.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder coordination and reporting for offline marketing.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• Strong retail and trade‑marketing knowledge with commercial acumen and B2B relationship management.
• Proven ability to analyse market trends, sales data and customer behaviour to guide distribution and promotional decisions.
• Hands‑on experience launching new products and executing localized promotional activities.
• Experience working in intercultural and regional teams.
• Project‑management capability to handle timelines, budgets and high‑quality execution.
