About the role

The APAC Lead – Production Services & Business Solutions will join the CBDDT team at Royal Bank of Canada in Putrajaya. This senior position is responsible for driving production services and business solutions across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

Partner with business units to understand needs and deliver technical analysis.
Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team delivering production services.
Build and nurture a community of stakeholders across APAC.
Coordinate with the CBDDT team to align solutions with regional strategy.

Required profile

Proven experience in leading teams within a technology or production services environment.
Strong business partnership and analytical capabilities.
Ability to work on‑site in Putrajaya and travel across APAC as needed.
