Analyst / Senior Staffing Analyst – Advisors Client Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Analyst or Senior Staffing Analyst to support the Advisors & Client Services (A&CS) organization. The role works closely with cluster leaders, project managers and squad leads to ensure effective execution of the client services strategy and to keep people at the centre of all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process staffing needs at the cluster level, understand specific engagement requirements and coordinate prioritisation across product lines.
• Collaborate with Client Services leadership to assign resources to client engagements based on predefined criteria, optimising utilisation across clusters and markets.
• Manage settings in internal systems throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Aggregate regional utilisation indicators, accounting for leaves, relocations and part‑time resources to maintain accurate capacity data.
• Partner with squad leads and people managers to consolidate performance evaluation results and translate development needs into actionable plans.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Mastercard’s business and the ability to keep people central to service delivery.
• Experience working with cross‑functional leaders, project managers and talent teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven resource optimisation.
