Admissions Manager – Student Recruitment & Retention

About the role

The Admissions Manager leads the planning and delivery of student recruitment activities to achieve enrolment and retention targets, while supporting the Campus Principal on all admissions‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑channel recruitment strategies, tracking weekly QL‑to‑enrolment conversions and producing KPI reports for internal and regional stakeholders.
• Manage visa and permit processes, staying up‑to‑date with MOE and immigration regulations that affect international student enrolments.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to assess lead quality, coordinate outreach events, webinars and other recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain the school’s CRM/MIS system, ensuring accurate data collection, robust follow‑up and timely reporting.
• Build and nurture relationships with feeder schools, education agents, parents and prospective students, providing after‑sales support and driving retention efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in school admissions or student recruitment with a record of meeting enrolment targets.
• Strong knowledge of government visa and immigration procedures affecting international students.
• Experience leading and coaching a small admissions team, including delivering training and performance feedback.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM/MIS systems for recruitment data management.
• Ability to generate, analyse and act on KPI reports.
• Competence in data analysis tools such as Excel.
