About the role
The Admin cum Account Assistant will provide essential support to the finance department while also assisting the firm’s partners with their personal administrative tasks. This full‑time, on‑site role offers exposure to both financial and office administration functions in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the finance department with routine accounting and administrative tasks.
- Assist partners of the firm in handling personal administrative matters, such as document preparation and filing.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Required profile
- Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles or willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills to interact with partners and internal teams.
