Accounts Payable Officer

About the role

The Accounts Payable Officer will ensure smooth and accurate financial operations, processing supplier invoices, managing employee reimbursements, and supporting month‑end reporting. You will also contribute to CAPEX tracking and continuous process improvements within a collaborative finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
• Attend to vendor queries and perform supplier statement reconciliations.
• Administer employee reimbursements, maintain claims systems, and generate related journals.
• Prepare month‑end cost accruals, open purchase order reports, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset register and support CAPEX reporting and forecasting.
• Identify improvements to accounts payable and claims processes and act as backup for team members.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related discipline.
• Proactive, positive attitude with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems for journal entry and claims processing.
