About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur office. The role combines full‑cycle accounting responsibilities with payroll and human‑resources functions, supporting our retail operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting and month‑end closing.
- Process payroll and oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, vendor relationships and day‑to‑day office operations.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure financial compliance and efficient operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing full accounts and month‑end close.
- Hands‑on experience with payroll processing and HR administration.
- Retail industry experience preferred.
