Accounts Assistant – Part‑Time (6‑Month Contract)

About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team for a six‑month period. The role provides hands‑on experience in core accounting functions, inventory management, reporting and process improvement within a dynamic environment. The position is based on‑site in Klang/Port Klang and follows a five‑day work week.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day accounting tasks such as posting journal entries and maintaining ledgers.
- Support inventory tracking by updating records and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements to aid decision‑making.
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing accounting processes to enhance efficiency.
Required profile
- Interest in developing a career in finance or accounting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
