About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our finance team at SNF Cake Ingredients in Alor Setar. The role supports daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records for our cake ingredient business.

Key responsibilities

  • Process and record invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
  • Maintain general ledger entries and perform routine reconciliations.
  • Assist in month‑end closing activities and prepare basic financial reports.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to verify transaction accuracy.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further accounting education preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
  • Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
