About the role
The Account Manager / Business Development Manager will own the full business development cycle, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans while leading a growing team. This is a full‑time, remote position reporting to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end business development process, from prospecting to closing.
- Lead and mentor a team, driving growth from strategic planning through execution.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored approaches to capture them.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to maximize account value.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or business development.
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
