About the role

The Account Executive will support the company by handling both financial and operational responsibilities. This position is based on‑site in Subang Jaya and reports to senior management within a fully integrated healthcare corporation.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and process financial records and transactions.
  • Coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth day‑to‑day business functions.
  • Assist in budgeting, reporting and financial analysis.
  • Support cross‑functional teams with operational data and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

  • Experience in managing financial and operational tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, healthcare environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using standard office software.
