About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to manage full‑set accounts and produce financial reports for our growing company in Butterworth, Penang. The role offers a supportive and respectful work culture with the possibility of one work‑from‑home day per week after confirmation.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain full‑set accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide insights on financial performance.

Required profile

  • Experience handling full‑set accounts and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
