Account Clerk

About the role

We are looking for an Account Clerk to join our finance team in Johor Bahru. The role provides essential support to daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and reliable record keeping. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify incoming invoices and expense claims.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain up‑to‑date financial records.
• Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents.
• Support month‑end closing activities as required.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or candidate with a diploma/certificate in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good numerical aptitude and basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic data‑entry proficiency.
• Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
