Account Admin Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Account Admin Assistant to support our accounting team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks. You will work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth processing of transactions and maintain accurate records. The role is based on‑site in Kajang, close to the MRT Taman Equine, and offers a friendly working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the accountant with daily clerical duties such as data entry, invoice processing and filing.
• Maintain and organise financial documents and records.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries as required.
• Handle petty cash reimbursements and support month‑end closing activities.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners in Mandarin when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle routine tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of office software and accounting processes.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn accounting software.
