Senior Associate – DAT Process Assurance & IT Audit

About the role

Join PwC’s Digital Assurance and Transparency (DAT) practice as a Senior Associate, supporting clients in evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of controls across finance, operations and technology. You will work on high‑impact projects that involve emerging technologies such as cloud, artificial intelligence and cryptocurrencies, helping clients mitigate risk and improve transparency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform controls and transaction testing, readiness assessments and provide observations and recommendations.
• Review finance, operations and technology processes, including monitoring controls over third‑party providers.
• Provide assurance services for service organisations that deliver technology, emerging‑tech and business functions.
• Collaborate with Digital Assurance teams, external audit teams and sector specialists on diverse projects.
• Leverage innovative tools and methodologies to drive quality, value and efficiency in audit engagements.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level with strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proactive attitude toward learning emerging technologies and applying them to audit contexts.
• Effective communication skills to convey findings and recommendations to clients.
