Senior Associate – Capital Projects & Infrastructure

About the role

PWC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Capital Projects & Infrastructure (CP&I) team. You will support large‑scale construction and infrastructure programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in financial feasibility studies and strategy development for infrastructure projects.
• Provide project finance advisory, bid management and negotiation support.
• Lead project management activities, coordinating stakeholders across aviation, transport, power, oil & gas and real estate sectors.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare financial models and analytical reports to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in infrastructure projects, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, corporate strategy, project management or engineering.
• Strong teamwork abilities and capacity to guide junior associates.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is strongly encouraged.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with keen attention to detail.
