Retail Manager – Jewellery (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our high‑end jewellery and fashion accessories stores in the region. The role focuses on driving sales, managing talent, and upholding visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set and allocate sales targets for each specialty store, ensuring regional goals are met or exceeded.
• Recruit, schedule, and train store managers and staff, delivering sales techniques and supervisory coaching.
• Implement standardized management protocols, maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand image.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute localized promotional and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee security, inventory management, financial compliance, accounts receivable collections, and asset protection.
• Report market trends, sales performance, and operational progress to senior leadership, ensuring policy adherence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of multi‑store sales management experience in jewellery, fashion/apparel, or cosmetics chains.
• Strong business acumen, market awareness, and proven ability in resource integration and business development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for managing diverse retail teams.
• Fluent spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and proficient English, with basic Chinese writing ability.
