Order to Cash Specialist – Korean Speaker

About the role

The Order to Cash Specialist (Korean speaker) manages end‑to‑end order processing to ensure accurate, timely and compliant fulfillment. Acting as a bridge between customers, sales, logistics, finance and supply‑chain teams, the role delivers a seamless customer experience while meeting internal performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment according to company policies and service level agreements.
• Validate order details such as pricing, quantities, delivery dates and contractual terms.
• Coordinate with sales, supply‑chain, warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order issues, shortages or changes.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays or exceptions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage order changes, returns, cancellations and credits accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate order records in the ERP or order‑management system.
• Support month‑end activities including backlog reviews, billing accuracy and revenue recognition coordination.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle internal inquiries and complaints related to order fulfillment professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply‑chain or shared services operations.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and a strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills in both Korean (TOPIK Level 4) and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.
