Key responsibilities

Attend client consultant and site project meetings.
Prepare mechanical services design, tender documents and cost estimates.
Perform tender evaluation and prepare tender evaluation reports.
Review shop drawings and construction material submissions for compliance to specifications.
Administer mechanical engineering works contract of building services.
Carry out any ad‑hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
